Drawing upon more than 20 years of diverse experience, over 500 sold units, and over $100 million in closed volume, Chad knows Chicago.
With his trademark combination of drive, patience, and humor, Chad Duda is one of the most sought-after agents in Chicago. Though originally from Michigan, Chad was drawn to the rich character of the Windy City and has lived there for the past 26 years. From Streeterville’s exceptional shopping to the unique sports culture of Wrigleyville, Fulton Market’s unbeatable dining scene to the stunning views of Lakeview, you’d be hard-pressed to find someone more knowledgable and passionate about the area.
Chad has always had a love for real estate, taking the time to formally study the trends and mechanics of the industry. After earning a degree in Urban Planning from Michigan State University, Chad moved to Chicago and began working as a real estate consultant. In 1998, he obtained his real estate license and started working as an agent.
In over two decades of experience, Chad has honed and developed his skillset—all while navigating through difficult periods ranging from the dot-com bubble burst to the 2008 financial crisis. Instead of getting discouraged, Chad viewed these challenges as opportunities for learning and growth, accumulating more tools to help his clients thrive.
From first-time homebuyers to seasoned sellers, international investors to those looking for a second home, Chad’s expertise and empowering, education-based approach makes him an unparalleled asset and advocate no matter what stage you’re in of your real estate journey. Clients consistently note his ability to make the process as efficient and stress-free as possible. For Chad, the most rewarding part of being an agent is building authentic connections with his clients and helping them reach their real estate goals.
Chad currently lives in Logan Square, and some of his favorite pastimes include skiing, traveling, and cheering on the Michigan State Spartans. Chad also enjoys exploring all that Chicago has to offer and can often be found at the Art Institute, Garfield Conservatory, or dining at one of Chicago's great restaurants.
During the buying or selling process, I am your counselor, guide, and site project manager. This means that I manage every step of the transaction: from attending the inspection, speaking to the attorneys, and personally attending every showing. I handle the negotiation process from beginning to end.
